Return & Exchange Policy
At Eagle Sport, we are committed to providing high-quality sports products and delivering every order in 100% new condition. This policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and to protect product quality and customer rights.
First: Exchange Policy
- Exchange is available for sizing purposes.
- Exchange is limited to changing the size of the same product.
- Size exchange is allowed one time only (changing the size of the same product), within the specified period below.
Exchange Conditions:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused (size fitting only, no actual use).
- The product must be free from any signs of use (sweat, scratches, damage).
- The original packaging (box or bag) must be intact and resalable.
- All labels and tags must remain attached and not removed.
- Exchange requests must be submitted through the same phone number or WhatsApp used to confirm the order.
- All exchange requests are subject to inspection before final approval.
Notes:
- Eagle Sport reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
- Exchange does not apply to sensitive products with direct body contact, for health and safety reasons.
Second: Product Inspection Upon Delivery
- Inspection is not an automatic right and depends on the product type and prior coordination via WhatsApp.
- Some products cannot be inspected upon delivery due to sealed packaging that cannot be restored once opened.
- If inspection of approved products was agreed upon in advance and the product is not suitable, the customer may refuse delivery and pay the delivery fee only.
Third: Delivery Fees for Exchange
- The customer bears the delivery cost in all exchange cases.
- Exception: In confirmed manufacturing defect cases, Eagle Sport covers the full delivery cost.
- Any exception agreed upon via WhatsApp applies only to that specific order.
Fourth: Products Excluded from Exchange
Certain products cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Mouth guards.
- Nose or ear protectors.
- Any equipment with direct body contact for protective or hygienic purposes.
- Personal products that cannot be resold for health reasons.
Fifth: Manufacturing Defects Policy
Products are inspected before shipping. Some fully sealed products that cannot be opened are quality-checked in advance by the manufacturer’s quality control team before packaging and shipment to our warehouse.
Manufacturing defects include:
- Breakage or damage.
- Missing parts.
- Clear functional defects.
- Product mismatch with the description or images displayed on the website.
Reporting a defect:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Contact via WhatsApp with photos or videos showing the issue.
Resolution:
- The product will be replaced in cases of:
- Breakage
- Damage
- Functional defects
- Missing parts (by completing the missing part or replacing the product, depending on the case)
- Eagle Sport covers all delivery costs for manufacturing defect cases.
Important Exception (Cash Refund):
- If the product does not match the description or images shown on the website:
- A full cash refund including delivery fees will be issued.
- This is the only case where a cash refund is allowed.
- Refunds are processed via WhatsApp coordination within 48 hours after case approval.
Not considered manufacturing defects:
- Misuse.
- Incorrect installation.
- Damage after delivery.
- Any damage resulting from use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.
Final: Cash Refund Policy
- Cash refunds are not provided, except for the single case stated under the Manufacturing Defects Policy.
- In all other cases, handling is limited to exchange only under the stated conditions.
Note:
- No cash refund is provided for size exchanges.
If no replacement size is available, a store credit equal to the product value will be issued.
