Delivery Policy

At Eagle Sport, we aim to deliver orders efficiently and transparently, ensuring clear procedures while protecting both customer and store rights.


First: Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery is available within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only.
  • Delivery covers all governorates without exception.

Second: Delivery Time

  • Amman: Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • Other governorates: Orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.
  • Working days: Delivery is available on all days except Friday.

Third: Delivery Fees

  • Amman: 2 JOD.
  • Other governorates: 3 JOD.

Fourth: Order Confirmation

  • All orders are confirmed before shipping.
  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp.
  • If there is no response on WhatsApp, the customer will be contacted by phone call.

In case of no response:

  • The order will be put on hold for 24 hours.
  • If there is no response within this period, the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

Fifth: Delivery Time Window

  • There is no fixed delivery time, as delivery depends on the courier company’s schedule.
  • Usual delivery hours are:
    • From 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Some delays may occur due to order volume or traffic conditions.

Delivery Time Coordination

  • An approximate delivery time is shared with the customer when the order confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp.
  • In some cases within Amman, evening delivery may be available for certain areas, upon customer request, subject to the courier’s availability.
  • If the customer is available during specific time slots, they are kindly requested to inform us during order confirmation via WhatsApp.
  • We will coordinate with the courier company to arrange a suitable delivery time that the courier can accommodate, depending on the area and schedule.
  • The delivery time will be confirmed or an alternative suitable time will be suggested during order confirmation to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Sixth: No Response / Refusal / Order Cancellation

If there is no response after order confirmation:

  • If the order is dispatched and the courier cannot reach the customer:
    • The order is put on hold for 24 hours.
    • If there is no response, the order is canceled without delivery fees.

If the order is canceled before courier movement:

  • The customer may cancel the order without any fees if the cancellation occurs before courier contact or location sharing.

If the courier moves or arrives and delivery is refused:

  • The order is canceled immediately.
  • The customer bears the delivery fee only.
  • The customer is not obligated to accept the order.

Important note:

  • Customers are advised to notify us before sharing the location or courier movement to avoid delivery charges.

Seventh: Failed Delivery After Courier Movement or Arrival

  • If the courier moves toward the customer’s location or arrives, and delivery fails due to no response:
    • Delivery will be recoordinated based on the courier company’s availability.
    • Additional delivery fees may apply if a new delivery attempt is made.
