Payment Methods

At Eagle Sport, we offer flexible and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth and customer-friendly shopping experience.

First: Available Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD).
• CliQ payment (instant bank transfer via Jordanian banking apps).
• Electronic wallets, such as Zain Cash.

Second: Payment Process

• We aim to keep the payment process simple and flexible, allowing customers to choose the method that suits them best.
• The payment method is coordinated during order confirmation via WhatsApp, based on customer preference.

Advance Payment (CliQ / Zain Cash):

• If the customer chooses to pay in advance, payment details will be shared during order confirmation.
• The order will be prepared and shipped after payment confirmation.
• Customers are encouraged to send a transfer confirmation via WhatsApp to speed up processing.

Gift Orders or Delivery to a Different Recipient:

• If the order is sent as a gift or the recipient is not the person who placed the order:
• Payment can be completed in advance via CliQ or Zain Cash.
• The order will be delivered without showing the order value or payment details.
• Full coordination is handled during order confirmation via WhatsApp.

Electronic Payment Upon Delivery:

• Customers may choose to pay via CliQ or Zain Cash upon delivery instead of cash, subject to prior coordination during order confirmation.

Third: Partial Payments or Deposits

• Partial payments or deposits are not accepted.
• Payment must be completed according to the method agreed upon during order confirmation.

• All payment arrangements are coordinated directly via WhatsApp for clarity and convenience.
• We aim to provide a smooth and flexible checkout experience without unnecessary restrictions.
